Beautypit.com allows cancellations within 90 days of delivery for members, which is longer than the legally endorsed policy of 14 days. Customers must email support@beautypit.com to initiate the return process, and they can only cancel orders by emailing. The right to cancel is void for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Non-members have a 14-day return right.

If you want to return your purchase, please do so promptly and within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return. You will be responsible for any costs related to the return of products, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are safely packaged for return.

Conditions for Returned Products

If the product has been used improperly or differently than its intended use, any depreciation in value related to product use will be paid for by the customer. In the case of damage caused by misuse or carelessness, the amount of the purchase price refund may be reduced or not issued at all, depending on the commercial value of the product(s) and the nature of the incident. When returning beauty products, fragrances, and cosmetics, the original packaging is significant in determining the value of the product(s), and we encourage you to send items in an undamaged condition.

Refund of Purchase Price

If you cancel your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you paid. However, if there is depreciation related to improper product use or carelessness, the purchase price will be subtracted. We will refund all payments received, including any prepaid delivery expenses if you exercise your cancellation right. Any additional expenses resulting from your own choice of delivery methods that differ from the cheapest standard delivery option that we offer will not be refunded. We will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving notice of your decision to cancel your purchase, in the same format as the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the products that are to be returned unless proper documentation is provided.

Make sure you include your order number.

In the return package, please include a copy of your order confirmation in addition to the product(s) you are returning. If you don’t have the order confirmation, you may include the email address used when placing the order or the order number itself to expedite the return process.
