About the Beautypit.com membership
Beautypit.com offers a membership club that provides significant discounts on popular cosmetic and fragrance brands. When you join Beautypit.com, you sign up for a recurring subscription, and the first 14 days are free. Thereafter it costs €9.95 per month. All transactions must be made through credit card payments (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard). Any payment expenses are incurred by Europe Ecommerce LTD and are included in the product prices and membership fees displayed on the website. You can view your previous payments and orders by logging into your account on Beautypit.com via the log-in symbol located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Only individuals who are 18 years or older may become members.
ACCEPTING SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
By consenting to the subscription terms that apply to Beautypit.com, you authorize Europe Ecommerce LTD to charge your stated membership fee on a regular basis until you decide to end your subscription. The first 14 days of membership are free, thereafter it costs €9.95 per month.
After completing an order on Beautypit.com, you will receive an email receipt that includes information about the subscription terms. Please note that previous orders, without the subscription terms, can be found on Beautypit.com when you are logged in, under “My Orders” located in the menu tab.
Children below 18 years
When joining beautypit.com as a member, it is essential to confirm that you are above 18 years old. If you are below 18 years of age, the subscription must be signed by a parent or legal guardian on your behalf. In the case of the signee being a minor, the parent or legal guardian holds the authority to cancel the agreement at any time. At beautypit.com, we prioritize safety and compliance, and this policy ensures that all members are of appropriate age to enter into agreements. By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide a secure and legally sound environment for all users.

With Beautypit.com, your subscription is automatically deducted every month, providing you with continuous access to our exclusive benefits. After the 14-days trial period, your membership is converted into a monthly subscription at the cost of €9.95 per month.
Please be aware that your registration on Beautypit.com becomes legally binding from the moment you make your first order, activating your membership. By selecting the Member Price option instead of Normal Price, you agree to the creation of your membership. As a Beautypit.com member and cardholder, you are responsible for paying for your membership period and subsequent subscription withdrawals until you decide to cancel your subscription or membership.
You are required to pay for the membership from the agreed start date of your membership. If you choose to withdraw from the agreement, you may be liable to pay for the portion of the service already delivered by Beautypit.com. This amount will be calculated proportionately based on the period during which Beautypit.com provided the membership benefits.
In the event of any doubt about the exercise of the right of cancellation, the burden of proof lies with you to demonstrate that you have indeed exercised this right.
All transactions on Beautypit.com are conducted through credit card payments, including Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard. All payment expenses are covered by Beautypit.com and are accounted for in the product prices and membership costs displayed on the website.

TERMINAtion of MEMBERSHIP AND THE legally BINDING PERIOD
You may terminate your membership at any time by emailing us at support@beautypit.com (we respond within 48 hours on weekdays) or by logging into Beautypit.com and selecting “My Membership.” The only exception is during the first 48 hours of membership, during which your subscription is locked due to technical reasons, and you cannot manually cancel it under the “My Membership” tab. After the first 48 hours, you can terminate your subscription in any way you choose. This means that during your first trial period, you can purchase items at Beautypit prices and terminate your membership the following days. Of course, we hope that you will choose to remain as a member for a longer period to enjoy even greater savings.
To terminate your membership, log in and click on “My Membership.” If you terminate your membership, you will still have access to it until it expires. Please note that if you terminate your membership during the 14-day trial period, your membership will expire immediately. After canceling a membership, money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership.
Please note that you cannot terminate your membership by refusing payment. In that case, your membership will continue until it is canceled, either via the website or by contacting customer service.
Please also note that if you have an ongoing order, your membership cannot be terminated until the order has been shipped. This usually happens within 24. Please try again after your order has been shipped.
If you cancel your membership after your free trial period of 14 days, you will be able to use your membership for 30 days from your last membership payment.
Cancellation rights
Your Beautypit.com subscription is subject to a legally endorsed right to cancellation, which grants you a period of 14 days to exercise this right. This 14-day cancellation deadline commences after you have entered into an agreement with Beautypit.com. Your subscription becomes active when you complete an order with Member Price on Beautypit.com. It is important to note that your right to cancellation begins on the day you make the transaction on the website and not from the start of the monthly subscription payments.
You can provide notice of cancellation by contacting us via email at support@beautypit.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours on weekdays. In your message, explicitly state your intention to exercise your right to cancellation.
Please be aware that the Member is responsible for paying for the Membership from the agreed start date of the membership. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement between the parties, the Member remains liable to pay for the part of the service that has already been delivered by Beautypit.com. This amount is calculated proportionately based on the period during which Beautypit.com has provided the membership benefits.
SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE AND WITHDRAWALS
Your Beautypit.com membership is automatically renewed to ensure continuous access. After the initial 14-day free membership (€0.00), your subscription fee is €9.95 per month.
